– 1*) Real Business Owners Questions sent to you - few times per week we send you real business owners real questions on accounting (if you are accountant or bookkeeper) to start to work on and to turn them to your clients. 
We run this accounting group and each time anybody posts an accounting enquiry, we need to approve it. Before that we first send it to our members so they can contact them first. Then after 2 days it gets released in the group. In this way you have a chance to talk to this potential clients first and convert them. We get these posts daily, so there is a high conversion rate.
